01 General Terms & Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Using a third party's account or card to make a deposit is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500, and the maximum is subject to the daily limit.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the original deposit method.

04 Bonuses & Promotions Terms

05 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 23k voids it directly.
• Bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds will be considered void.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting; the odds displayed at the time of bet submission may differ.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be refunded.
• The maximum payout on a single bet is subject to the limits set by 23k.

Multiple bets can be combined into a parlay or accumulator bet. However, all selections must win for the bet to pay out.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 23k platform and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Attempting to access the system through fraud, hacking, or unauthorized means.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in "bonus hunting" activities.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic betting for guaranteed profit.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Collusion or match-fixing against other members.

• Using or selling another person's account.

If suspicious activity is detected, 23k may suspend or terminate the account without prior notice and place a hold on the balance.

09 Account Closure & Suspension
